Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Concierge Sales Tool (the "service"), operated by OSINT AI Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a team or organization you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. The service

The service lets you ingest a product catalog, search for candidate buyer companies using the Google Places API, view public contact information for those candidates, generate AI-written briefings, and — optionally — connect a Microsoft calendar, a HubSpot CRM, and a Microsoft Teams bot to streamline your workflow. We provide the service on an as-is basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or otherwise harm any person or organization.
• Circumvent any company's stated contact preferences (unsubscribe requests, do-not-contact registries, or similar).
• Scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise misuse data beyond what the service's UI and API provide for ordinary use.
• Attempt to access accounts, workspaces, or data that are not yours.
• Resell access to the service, or build a competing service on top of it, without our written permission.
• Violate any law that applies to you or to your recipients, in particular email-marketing and outreach laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR e-privacy). You are the controller of any outreach you conduct using data the service surfaces and are responsible for complying with those laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these rules.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly cycle via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain the paid features through that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the product lists, reports, and notes you create. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. To generate briefings and narrative decks, we send the relevant content to Google's Gemini API for processing under Google's API terms. We do not use your content to train our own models, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your candidates.

6. Warranty & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law & general

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify active users by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. SMS messaging — Tester Feedback program

Program name:OSINT AI Labs — Concierge Sales Tool Tester Feedback (the "Program").

Description: The Program lets opted-in beta testers submit feedback through an in-app dialog. The platform forwards the feedback as an SMS message to the administrator(s). Administrators reply by SMS; their responses are delivered back to the originating tester as SMS.

Opt-in: Participation is opt-in only. You enter your mobile number on the Settings page and check a consent box; no message is sent until you do.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on how often you submit feedback and how often administrators reply. There is no scheduled or recurring message — every SMS is the direct result of a feedback submission or response in an active conversation.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. The Program is free to participate in, but your mobile carrier may charge you for incoming and outgoing SMS according to your plan.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Support: For help with the Program reply HELP to any message we send, or email legal@osintail.com.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message we send to opt out immediately. You may also opt out at any time by removing your phone number on the Settings page. We retain a record of your prior consent and opt-out timestamp for regulatory compliance but no longer send messages to your number after opt-out.

Mobile information sharing: We do not share your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle SMS data.
